As a self-published author myself, I know how hard it is to proofread your own work. You’ll never find all of the typos, as you know exactly what the sentence is supposed to say, and your brain skips past the errors automatically. I think a certain degree of errors are expected in self-published works, because not all of us can afford to pay a high-end proofreader, or two, to look over our books. I’m really trying my hardest to give ‘Mourning Memories’ the best release possible, so I’m doing what I didn’t do with ‘Reality is in a Dream’. I’m going to try and promote it with the help of a few awesome newsletters.
First on the list, and a website I stumbled upon a while ago, ReadFree.ly. Their book submission is free, which has actually surprised me! Fingers crossed they accept my book for their Newsletter.
